Beef Tacos

Elevate your taco night with Cannabis-Infused Beef Tacos, featuring juicy seasoned beef with a delicious twist that’s both bold and satisfying

INGREDIENTS

• 1 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil

• 1 lb ground beef, chicken, turkey, or plant-based meat alternative

• 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend

• 1/4 cup water

• 8 small taco shells (hard or soft)

• 1 cup shredded lettuce

• 1 cup diced tomatoes

• 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)

• 1/4 cup diced onions

• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

• Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large skillet, heat the cannabis-infused olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground meat or plant-based alternative to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.

  2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet if necessary. Add the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water to the cooked meat. Stir well to coat the meat evenly with the seasoning. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  3. While the meat simmers, warm the taco shells according to the package instructions. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes in the oven or microwave.

  4. Place a portion of the taco filling into each warmed taco shell. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, diced onions, and chopped cilantro.

  5. Serve the tacos immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
