Garlic Butter

Transform your meals with this indulgent Garlic Butter, packed with rich, garlicky goodness that's perfect for spreading, dipping, or cooking

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup cannabutter

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter

• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

• 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

• Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Finely chop the garlic cloves or use a garlic press for ease.

  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 1 tablespoon of the regular unsalted butter.

  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic, cooking it until just softened.

  4. In a medium bowl, combine the cannabutter, the regular unsalted butter, and the sautéed garlic.

  5. Stir in fresh parsley, lemon juice (if using), and a pinch of salt to taste. Mix everything well until smooth and well combined.

  6. Scoop the garlic butter into an airtight container or roll it into a log using plastic wrap for easy slicing.

  7. Place the butter in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up or use immediately if you prefer a softer texture.
