Garlic Butter Crab Legs

INGREDIENTS
• 2 lbs (900g) crab legs, thawed if frozen
• 4 tbsp cannabutter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
• Optional: Lemon wedges for serving, Old Bay seasoning for extra flavor
INSTRUCTIONS
If the crab legs are frozen, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or according to package instructions. Use kitchen shears to cut the crab legs into manageable-sized pieces, if desired.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Increase the heat to medium-high and add the cannabutter to the skillet. Once the butter is melted, add the crab legs and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Once the crab legs are heated through, sprinkle salt and pepper over them to taste. (Optional) Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over the crab legs for extra flavor.
Remove from heat and onto a serving platter. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the crab legs for garnish. (Optional) Serve the crab legs with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the crab meat.
