Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 baguette or French bread

  • 4 tbsp cannabutter

  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette or French bread in half lengthwise, creating two halves.

  2. In a small bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of cannabutter and add the finely minced garlic. You can adjust the amount based on your preference for garlic flavor and mix well.

  3. Using a pastry brush or a spoon, generously spread the garlic-infused butter mixture over the cut sides of the bread.

  4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt evenly over the buttered bread. If desired, sprinkle finely chopped fresh parsley over the buttered bread for added flavor and color.

  5. Place the buttered and seasoned bread halves on a baking sheet, cut-side up, before placing in the oven and baking for 10-12 minutes, or until bread is golden toasted.

  6. Once perfectly toasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving while hot.
