Salmon
Salt
Black Pepper
Lemon
Garlic butter sauce (Use from our infused garlic butter recipe)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Arrange salmon on a baking sheet, patting dry with a paper towel. Set aside.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Add 1-2 tbsp of infused garlic butter to each filet and spread evenly across the salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Boil for 2 minutes to crisp the top of the salmon.
Squeeze lemon over salmon before serving.
TIPS
Add more infused garlic butter based on desired dosage
Line the baking trays with foil to make for easier clean-up.
You may add additional seasoning based on your preference.
