INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5-2lb of potatoes

  • 2 tbsp of J & Jay’s infused olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic or garlic powder (optional)

  • ¾ tsp of salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp of chopped rosemary or dried rosemary (optional)

  • 1 tbsp of parsley (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large-rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Slice the potatoes into even 1 to 2-inch chunks or squares, based on preference.

  3. Toss with J & Jay’s olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and seasonings as desired.

  4. Roast for 40-45 minutes, tossing halfway.

  5. Cook until potatoes are crisp, and deep golden.

  6. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley as desired.

  7. Serves up to 4 people.

TIPS

  • Add more infused olive oil or substitute regular olive oil based on desired dosages
