Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
1.5-2lb of potatoes
2 tbsp of J & Jay’s infused olive oil
2 cloves of garlic or garlic powder (optional)
¾ tsp of salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp of chopped rosemary or dried rosemary (optional)
1 tbsp of parsley (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large-rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
Slice the potatoes into even 1 to 2-inch chunks or squares, based on preference.
Toss with J & Jay’s olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and seasonings as desired.
Roast for 40-45 minutes, tossing halfway.
Cook until potatoes are crisp, and deep golden.
Season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley as desired.
Serves up to 4 people.
TIPS
Add more infused olive oil or substitute regular olive oil based on desired dosages
