Scrambled Eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 1/2 tsp of J & Jay's Cannabutter

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter

  • Salt and black pepper

  • Fresh chives or green onions, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and add 1 1/2 tsp of J & Jay's cannabutter. Whisk together until smooth and uniform.

  2. Coat a small non-stick skillet with olive oil, or melted butter. Bring to medium heat.

  3. Pour in the eggs into the pan and let them cook for a few seconds without stirring. Scrape the pan with a rubber spatula across the bottom to form large, soft curds of scrambled eggs.

  4. Continue cooking over medium-low heat, folding and stirring the eggs every few seconds. Continue forming curds with the rubber spatula and cook until desired texture.

  5. Remove from the heat and season to taste with salt and pepper and garnish with chopped fresh chives, if desired.

  6. Serve while hot.

TIPS

  • Add more cannabutter or substitute regular butter based on desired dosage

  • To make more potent, coat pan with infused butter or olive oil instead.

  • Add additional seasonings or toppings as desired
