INGREDIENTS
1 cup base (milk, water, almond milk, ice-cream, etc.)
1-2 cup frozen fruit (such as mango, strawberry, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
1 cup of nutritious greens (such as spinach or kale)
1 tbsp of J & Jay's Coconut oil
1-2 tbsp of extra toppings (such as ice, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender, add 1 cup of base of choice.
Add 1 to 2 cups of frozen (or fresh) fruit of choice.
Add 1 cup of greens of choice.
Add 1-2 tbsp of J & Jay’s coconut oil
Add 1-2 tbsp of extras toppings as desired (optional).
Blend on a high speed for 1-2 minutes until uniform.
Pour into cup and serve.
TIPS
Dosage can be managed based on amount of infused coconut oil added.
Smoothies are completely based on preference, use ingredients to make your own favourite.
Frozen fruits are good to use in place of adding ice to keep your drink cold.
