Savor the succulent flavors of our Garlic Butter Steak Bites, seared to perfection and bathed in a rich, buttery garlic sauce, perfect for a quick yet indulgent meal
INGREDIENTS
• 1 lb (450g) steak (such as sirloin, ribeye, or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized pieces
• 4 tbsp cannabutter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
• Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat, lemon wedges for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, such as 1.5-inch cubes. Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Season the steak bites generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until hot before adding the seasoned steak bites to the skillet in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side until browned or cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Set aside the meat and reduce the heat to medium-low before adding the cannabutter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir continuously until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet with the garlic cannabutter sauce, tossing until they are evenly coated.
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the steak bites for garnish. (Optional) sprinkle red pepper flakes over the steak bites for extra heat.

• Serve the Garlic Butter Steak Bites with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a crisp green salad for a complete meal. You can also pair them with a glass of red wine for a luxurious dining experience.
