INGREDIENTS

Smoothie Base:

• 1 frozen banana

• 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (or any fruit of your choice)

• 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

• 1 tbsp infused cannabis coconut oil

• 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (optional)

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Toppings:

• Granola

• Chia seeds, flaxseeds, or hemp seeds

• Shredded coconut

• Honey or maple syrup for drizzling (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen berries, almond milk, cannabis-infused cannabis coconut oil, almond butter (if using), and vanilla extract. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. You can add more almond milk if needed for a smoother consistency, but the goal is to keep it thick enough to eat with a spoon.

  2. Pour the thick smoothie base into a bowl, using a spatula to smooth out the surface.

  3. Add your favorite toppings like fresh berries, sliced banana, granola, chia seeds, shredded coconut, or any other toppings you like. Be creative and have fun with the arrangement!

  4. If you prefer a touch of sweetness, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top.
