INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup cannabutter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups beef or chicken broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a separate saucepan, melt the 1/2 cup of cannabutter over medium heat
Gradually whisk in the 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour to create a smooth roux. Whisk for 3-5 minutes until the mixture turns a golden brown colour.
Slowly pour in the 4 cups of beef or chicken broth, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly until it thickens. This usually takes about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from heat and add on on top of french fries and cheese curds, along with desired garnishing herbs to create a poutine. Or, store and serve with any desired foods.
