Avocado Coconut Toast

INGREDIENTS
4 slices of bread, preferably whole wheat
4 tsp of J & Jay's Coconut oil
1 avocado, thinly sliced
(Kosher) salt and pepper
Red-pepper flakes
1 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Toast the slices of bread until preferred crisp
Spread the J & Jay's Coconut oil on one side of each slice of bread with about 1 tsp per slice
Evenly add the slices of avocado to each slice of bread and season with salt, pepper, red-pepper flakes.
Squeeze a bit of lemon on top of each slice
Serve up to 2 people
TIPS
Add more infused coconut oil or substitute regular coconut oil depending on desired dosages
You can mash the avocado and spread it on each slice instead of eating whole slices
Add additional seasoning based on preference (e.g. garlic powder)
