Nerd Clusters

10mg per cluster

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup of gummies of choice

• 2 tbsp of J & Jay's Coconut Oil

• 1 tsp of lecithin

• 1 1/2 cup of Nerds candy

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add a small pot on the stove on medium-heat and add the gummies.

2. Add J & Jay's coconut oil to the pot and stir in with the gummies as it begins to melt.

3. Add lecithin to the mix and continue to stir until uniform.

4. Remove the pot from heat and let is rest for 1 minute. Pour the mix over a silicon gummy mould and scrape off excess. Let it sit until they are more solid and cool enough to touch.

5. Grab gummy portion and roll into a ball shape. Roll the gummy into a bowl of Nerds candy to fully coat.

6. Compress the cluster so that the nerds stick on.

7. Store or eat as is.

TIPS

• Dosing is approximate per cluster based on 1 inch gummy moulds. Dosing can be managed by amount of infused coconut oil used as well as number and size of clusters formed.

• Be careful when pouring the melted gummy mixture into the moulds as it will still be very hot.

• Can store in freezer or refrigerator for longer shelf life.
