Vegan Fudge

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup J & Jay’s Coconut oil, melted

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Unsweetened shredded coconut, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a small square dish with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, add together the melted J & Jay's coconut oil, honey/maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.

  3. Whisk together the ingredients until very smooth. If the mixture doesn’t come together, heat over very low heat in a small saucepan until it smoothens.

  4. Pour mixture into the prepared dish. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until solid. Take out of the refrigerator and sprinkle the shredded coconut on top, and cut into small pieces.

TIPS

  • You may also substitute regular coconut oil to achieve desired dosages.

  • Dosage per piece will be the total amount of THC infused by the number of pieces made.

  • If in a hurry, you can cool in a freezer for 30 minutes. You will need to use a knife run under hot water to cut through it.

  • You can use a mini muffin tin which will make for pre-portioned fudge bites.
