Vegan Fudge

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup J & Jay’s Coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Unsweetened shredded coconut, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a small square dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a small bowl, add together the melted J & Jay's coconut oil, honey/maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
Whisk together the ingredients until very smooth. If the mixture doesn’t come together, heat over very low heat in a small saucepan until it smoothens.
Pour mixture into the prepared dish. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until solid. Take out of the refrigerator and sprinkle the shredded coconut on top, and cut into small pieces.
TIPS
You may also substitute regular coconut oil to achieve desired dosages.
Dosage per piece will be the total amount of THC infused by the number of pieces made.
If in a hurry, you can cool in a freezer for 30 minutes. You will need to use a knife run under hot water to cut through it.
You can use a mini muffin tin which will make for pre-portioned fudge bites.
