Vegetable Stir Fry
Vibrant and flavorful, this vegetable stir fry offer a medley of crisp veggies tossed in a savory sauce, guaranteed to elevate any meal.
INGREDIENTS
• Assorted vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
• 2 tbsp cannabutter, melted
• Soy sauce
• Garlic cloves, minced
• Ginger, grated
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Keep the vegetables separate as they may have different cooking times.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat before adding the minced garlic and grated ginger, saute until fragrant.
Add the vegetables that take longer to cook (e.g., carrots, broccoli), and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften. Add remaining vegetables gradually, ensuring even cooking across the medley.
Once the vegetables are almost cooked, add the cannabis-infused butter to the pan, stirring well to coat the vegetables evenly and cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Drizzle soy sauce over the vegetables for seasoning, adding salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together and cook for another minute, tasting and adjusting seasoning to preference.
Remove from heat and add the stir-fry to a serving dish, garnish with sesame seeds if desired before serving hot.
